Sultamylin is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. Sultamylin is used to treat infections of the respiratory tract, ears, nose and throat, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues, as well as in obstetric and gynecological infections, and in the treatment of gonorrhea. Sultamylin is also for short-term treatment of bacterial infections of the sinuses, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, abdomen and lungs (pneumonia).
