TELMISTRUM AMH is a combination medication used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, and HCTZ is a diuretic.
TELMISTRUM AMH is taken orally once daily, and it can be taken with or without food. It is important to take the medication exactly as prescribed by a doctor, and not to exceed the recommended dose.
