Ambroxol (75mgSR) is a mucolytic agent that is used to treat respiratory conditions such as bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It works by breaking down the mucus in the lungs, making it easier to cough up and clear the airways. The SR (sustained-release) formulation of Ambroxol ensures that the drug is released slowly over time, providing longer-lasting effects.
