Helicobacter pylori are bacteria that infect the stomach and lead to excess acid production. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor and acts by reducing the production of stomach acid. Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic and bactericidal (kills the bacteria). It works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering (protective cell wall) necessary for their survival. Together, Esomeprazole Clarithomycin Amoxicillin 750mg Tablet helps to treat peptic ulcer disease effectively.
Esomeprazole Clarithomycin Amoxicillin 750mg Tablet is available in the form of tablets. You should take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Esomeprazole Clarithomycin Amoxicillin 750mg Tablet may cause side-effects such as headache, diarrhoea, stomach pain, constipation, flatulence, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick), skin rash, difficulty sleeping, changes in the sense of taste, indigestion, and excessive sweating. These side-effects usually resolve without any medical attention. However, if any of these side-effects persist or get worse, consult your doctor immediately.
