Mirabegron (50mg)
MIRAGRON ER is a medication used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency to urinate, and incontinence (leakage of urine). MIRAGRON ER works by relaxing the muscles in the bladder, allowing it to hold more urine and reducing the urge to urinate.
The standard dose of MIRAGRON ER is 25 mg once daily. However, the dosage may be increased to 50 mg once daily in patients who do not respond adequately to the initial dose after 8 weeks of treatment. MIRAGRON ER medication should be taken with water, with or without food.
MIRAGRON ER may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, urinary tract infection, and high blood pressure. MIRAGRON ER may also interact with other medications, so it's important to inform your doctor about any medications or supplements you're currently taking before starting treatment with MIRAGRON ER.
As with any medication, it's important to follow your doctor's instructions and not adjust your dose without consulting them first. If you have any concerns or questions about MIRAGRON ER, be sure to talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
