Silodosin (8mg) & Solifenacin (5mg)
SILODOSIA SF
Silodosin is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist primarily used to treat symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), also known as an enlarged prostate. It helps relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, improving urinary flow and reducing the symptoms of BPH, such as difficulty urinating, weak urine flow, frequent urination, and urgency. The recommended dose of silodosin is usually 8mg once daily, taken with a meal.
Solifenacin is an antimuscarinic agent used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) symptoms, such as urinary frequency, urgency, and urge incontinence. It works by reducing muscle spasms of the bladder, thereby increasing the bladder's capacity to hold urine. The usual recommended dose of solifenacin is 5mg once daily, but it can be adjusted based on the individual's response and tolerability.
