Tamoxifen IP (10mg)
TAMOXIFLOW refers to Tamoxifen that is produced and formulated for pharmaceutical use under the Intellectual Property (IP) guidelines. TAMOXIFLOW is a medication commonly prescribed for the treatment of breast cancer, particularly hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
TAMOXIFLOW acts as a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), meaning it binds to estrogen receptors in the body and modulates their activity. In breast cancer, the growth of tumor cells is often stimulated by estrogen. TAMOXIFLOW competes with estrogen for binding to estrogen receptors in breast tissue, thereby blocking the estrogen's effects and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.
TAMOXIFLOW is available in strengths of 10 and 20mg.
STERIS PHARMA Generic medicines are typically much cheaper than brand-name drugs. Generic medicines have the same active ingredients, strength, dosage form, and route of administration as their brand-name counterparts.
