TEROMIDE is a medication that belongs to a class of drugs called loop diuretics. TEROMIDE is primarily used to treat edema (fluid retention) associated with conditions such as congestive heart failure, kidney disease, and liver disease. TEROMIDE works by increasing the production of urine and promoting the excretion of excess water and salt from the body.
