1. Tadalafil (10mg):

   • Mechanism of Action: Tadalafil belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE5, which regulates blood flow in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, tadalafil helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, resulting in improved erectile function.
   • Dosage: The usual starting dose of tadalafil for the treatment of ED is 10mg, taken orally before anticipated sexual activity. The dose may be adjusted based on individual response and tolerability, up to a maximum of 20mg per day.
   • Duration of Action: Tadalafil has a longer duration of action compared to other PDE5 inhibitors, with effects lasting up to 36 hours after dosing. This prolonged duration of action is why tadalafil is sometimes referred to as the "weekend pill."

2. Dapoxetine (30mg):

   • Mechanism of Action: Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) specifically designed to treat premature ejaculation (PE). It works by increasing the activity of serotonin in the nervous system, which helps to delay ejaculation and improve control over ejaculation.
   • Dosage: The usual dosage of dapoxetine for the treatment of PE is 30mg to 60mg, taken orally approximately 1 to 3 hours before anticipated sexual activity. The maximum recommended dose is 60mg per day.
   • Effectiveness: Dapoxetine has been shown to significantly increase the time to ejaculation and improve overall sexual satisfaction in men with premature ejaculation.
