OLMISTRUM LN is a combination medication that is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure).
OLMISTRUM LN is a calcium channel blocker that works by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the resistance to blood flow. This results in lower blood pressure and improved blood flow to the heart and other organs.
OLMISTRUM LN  is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which causes blood vessels to narrow and blood pressure to rise. By blocking the action of this hormone, Olmesartan helps to relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
OLMISTRUM LN can have a complementary effect on blood pressure reduction, with cilnidipine relaxing the blood vessels and olmesartan blocking the action of angiotensin II.
