Teneligliptin and Pioglitazone
TENELIGOLD PIO is a combination of two medications that are used to treat type 2 diabetes.
Teneligliptin belongs to a class of medications called DPP-4 inhibitors. It works by increasing the levels of hormones called incretins, which help to stimulate the release of insulin from the pancreas and lower blood sugar levels.
Pioglitazone, on the other hand, belongs to a class of medications called thiazolidinediones. It works by decreasing insulin resistance in muscle and fat tissue, which helps to improve blood sugar control.
TENELIGOLD PIO will provide complementary effects in helping to control blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. They can be particularly effective in people who have not been able to achieve good blood sugar control with other medications alone.
However, like all medications, TENELIGOLD PIO can have side effects, and they may not be suitable for everyone.
