Pramixole 0.25 is used to treat Parkinson's disease. Pramixole 0.25 improves the ability to move and decreases shakiness (tremor), stiffness, slowed movement, and unsteadiness. Pramixole 0.25 also decreases the number of episodes of not being able to move ("on-off syndrome"). Pramixole 0.25 is also used to treat restless legs syndrome. Pramixole 0.25 is in a class of medications called dopamine agonists
