The usual starting dose of DILTITAB 30 to treat high blood pressure in adults is 180 to 240 mg once daily, and the dose may be increased as needed to a maximum of 360 mg daily. For certain heart rhythm disorders, the usual starting dose is 120 to 180 mg once daily, and the dose may be increased as needed.
