Pramixole 0.125 is used to treat Parkinson's disease. Pramixole 0.125 improves the ability to move and decreases shakiness (tremor), stiffness, slowed movement, and unsteadiness. Pramixole 0.125 also decreases the number of episodes of not being able to move ("on-off syndrome"). Pramixole 0.125 is also used to treat restless legs syndrome. Pramixole 0.125 is in a class of medications called dopamine agonists
