Telmisartan and Azelnidipine are two different medications used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure), but they belong to different classes of drugs.

Telmisartan: Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a substance in the body that constricts blood vessels and raises blood pressure.
