Ranolazine ER
Ranogem is used to treat chronic angina (ongoing chest pain or pressure that is felt when the heart does not get enough oxygen). Ranogem ER helps to prevent new attacks of angina, but Ranogem ER does not stop an acute attack. Ranogem ER relieves chest pain by making the heart work more efficiently. Ranogem ER is a class of medications called anti-anginals. Ranogem is available in strengths of 500 and 1000 mg.
