Propenol is a beta blocker. Propenol is used to treat high blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, shaking (tremors), and other conditions. Propenol is used after a heart attack to improve the chance of survival. Propenol is also used to prevent migraine headaches and chest pain. Propenol is available in strengths of 10 , 20 and 40 mg.
