Ranogem ER 1000 is a medication used to treat chronic angina (chest pain) in adults. Ranogem ER 1000 works by reducing the amount of sodium that enters heart cells, which in turn helps the heart to function more efficiently and reduce chest pain.

The recommended dose of ranolazine is usually 500 mg twice daily, but it may be increased to 1000 mg twice daily in certain patients who do not experience adequate symptom relief with the lower dose.
