Montelukast, Levocetirizine, and Ambroxol SR 
MONTELUKE AXL are three different medications used for different purposes. Let's look at each one separately:

It is commonly used in conditions such as bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other respiratory conditions associated with excessive mucus production. The "SR" in Ambroxol SR stands for sustained release, indicating that the medication is formulated to release the drug gradually over an extended period of time. This allows for longer-lasting effects and may help reduce the frequency of dosing.
