  1. Levosalbutamol Sulphate:

    • Levosalbutamol (also known as levalbuterol) is a bronchodilator that belongs to the class of medications known as beta-agonists.
    • It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways in the lungs, allowing for easier breathing and relieving symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath associated with conditions like asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
  2. Ambroxol Hydrochloride:

    • Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that helps to thin and loosen mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up.
    • It is used to relieve chest congestion and promote the clearance of mucus in conditions such as bronchitis, pneumonia, and other respiratory infections.
  3. Guaiphenesin:

    • Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that works by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of respiratory tract secretions, making it easier to expel mucus through coughing.
    • It helps to relieve chest congestion and cough associated with respiratory conditions such as the common cold, flu, bronchitis, and pneumonia.
