  1. Levosalbutamol Sulphate:

    • Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that belongs to the class of medications known as beta-agonists. It works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
    • Levosalbutamol is commonly used to relieve symptoms of bronchospasm, including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath, in conditions such as asthma and COPD.
  2. Ambroxol Hydrochloride:

    • Ambroxol is a mucolytic agent that helps thin and loosen mucus in the airways, making it easier to expel through coughing.
    • It works by increasing the production of respiratory tract fluid, stimulating the activity of ciliated cells that help move mucus out of the lungs, and reducing the viscosity of mucus.
    • Ambroxol is often used to relieve productive cough associated with respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, and other lung conditions.
  3. Guaiphenesin:

    • Guaiphenesin is an expectorant that works by increasing the volume and reducing the viscosity of respiratory tract secretions, making it easier to cough up and expel mucus.
    • It helps relieve congestion and promote the clearance of mucus from the airways.
    • Guaiphenesin is commonly used to relieve cough associated with respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, sinusitis, and allergies.
