Composition (Each Uncoated Chewable Tablet Contains):

• Activated Dimethicone I.P. – 50 mg
  Helps reduce gas and bloating by breaking down gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines.

• Magnesium Hydroxide I.P. – 250 mg
  Neutralizes excess stomach acid and relieves symptoms of acidity and indigestion.

• Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel I.P. – 250 mg
  Provides rapid acid neutralization and offers a soothing protective coating on the stomach lining.

• Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate – 50 mg
  Acts as a stabilizer and enhances the consistency and effectiveness of the antacid formulation.

Indications / Uses:

Heartburn MPS Chewable Tablets are indicated for the symptomatic relief of:

• Heartburn and Acidity

• Gas and Bloating

• Indigestion and Sour Stomach

• Gastric Discomfort and Flatulence

It can be taken whenever symptoms of acidity or gas are pronounced, especially after meals.

Mechanism of Action:

The combination of Magnesium Hydroxide and Aluminium Hydroxide works by neutralizing stomach acid, thus reducing the burning sensation and discomfort caused by acid reflux.
Meanwhile, Activated Dimethicone helps relieve bloating and abdominal fullness by dispersing trapped gas. This synergistic action provides quick, long-lasting comfort.

Dosage & Administration:

• Recommended Dose:
  1 to 2 tablets to be chewed ½ to 1 hour after meals or whenever symptoms occur.

• Do not take more than 10 tablets in 24 hours.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose or use the medication for more than two weeks without consulting a physician.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry, and dark place at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Protect from light and moisture.
