Azilikem T 40 is a combination of two medicines: Azelinidipine and Telmisartan. Azilikem T is used in the treatment of hypertension ( hing blood pressure). Azilikem T is a calcium channel blocker. Azilikem T regulates the blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and reducing the pressure on them, thereby making it easier for the heart to pump more blood throughout the body.
